Can the presentation be done outdoors in the summer months?

Indoors is a definite preference due to climate control. Also the animals and children tend to get distracted outdoors. The show is more controlled and the animals seem to "perform" better when indoors. Having said that, we will still do outdoor shows if insisted upon, but an indoor space is needed for back up in case of heat or rain.

When do we need to choose the animals?

Have your favourite picks in at least a week before the scheduled show. See the animals page for more information on requesting animals.

Do we need to set up anything in our home for the presentation?

We don't require anything set up as far as tables or chairs, we will just use the floor. Any open room would work, just preferably not a toy room due to distractions. A room large enough so the children can sit in a half circle and the animals and handler can be on the opposite side. We do have a thick drop sheet on hand in case of a carpeted floor. Please contact us if inquiring about the set up for a large presentations or a display show.

Who is going to bring the animals?

One of our reliable and experienced handlers will bring the animals to you. You can request a certain handler if they are available.

How do I book a presentation?

When do I pay for the presentation?

No deposit is needed at the time of booking, payment is due the day of the presentation, cash is preferred. Sorry, credit cards are not accepted.

Do we have to let you know how many children we will have at the party when we book? And are babies included?

No, our handler will do a count and charge accordingly and only include the children that are participating in the show, not counting babies or parents.
